About the Compliance team
We are Guernsey’s venture capital specialists and our Compliance team work closely with our clients to provide a best-in-class service in the highly competitive, fast paced venture capital environment. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and innovation and adapt to handle all aspects of compliance. Due to the nature of venture capital, we are exposed to a wide variety of unique and exciting opportunities meaning that no two days are the same.
The Manager of Compliance will be responsible for assisting with the administration of AML/CFT/CPF and Prudential matters within HFL’s business model, ensuring effective and timely compilation, monitoring and recording of matters arising. The role will also require the Manager of Compliance to exhibit high attention to detail and the ability to constructively challenge senior leadership where necessary. The individual will need to show they can adapt and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. The Compliance Manager will have the chance to contribute towards maintaining a robust compliance framework working alongside the Head of Governance, this may include acting as Compliance Officer / MLCO / MLRO for client entities.
