About the Fund Accounts team:

We are Guernsey’s venture capital specialists and our Fund Accounts team work closely with our clients to provide a best-in-class service in the highly competitive, fast paced venture capital environment. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and innovation and adapt to handle all aspects of fund accounting. Due to the nature of venture capital, we are exposed to a wide variety of unique and exciting opportunities meaning that no two days are the same.

The Fund Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the full team of Fund Accountants and providing oversight and technical guidance to colleagues. The day to day role includes reviewing work completed by junior team members, providing coaching, training and support as well as being a key contact for all clients.

The ideal candidate will have around 6 years experience and be ACCA/ACA qualified. They should be an experience people manager looking to
