As part of our efforts to nurture that sense of togetherness, we recently got out of the office for a team-building day. It was an opportunity for us to spend time together to enjoy each other’s company outdoors with a healthy dose of fun and exercise thrown in!

The day started with an activity quiz at Pleinmont, where staff had to search for clues and complete various challenges. Then it was an afternoon of sports day-themed games such as an egg and spoon race, three-legged race, sack race, and the race that has us all in stitches - the sausage shuffle!

We’re a driven and ambitious bunch, so it was hardly surprising to see a healthy dose of competition on the day; congratulations go to the ‘Dream Crushers’ team, who emerged victorious.

We then got to rest and reflect on the day on the new terrace at the KGV, enjoying a BBQ and some well-deserved refreshments.

A great day spent with great people. We’re looking forward to the next one already!
