Agility and flexibility are in our genes.

We are a Guernsey-based, family-owned independent fiduciary and fund administration business with a reputation for meeting the needs of sophisticated venture capital clients, their investors and private clients.

We have been working with our private and corporate clients since 1984, forging our own path and always searching for a ‘better way’ to do things.

As a family business, continuity of relationships and a dedication to client service are at the core of everything we do.

Our global client base includes founders, investors, individuals and families who share our dynamic approach to business and our desire to constantly evolve and embrace change.

We’re driven and we’ve grown through word of mouth, consistently delivering for our clients, many of whom have been with us since we began.

Our Values

Be the best: we hold ourselves accountable and strive for excellence
We’re ambitious and dedicated, always responsive and ready to take responsibility for our deadlines, targets and timely outcomes. We communicate positively and proactively to help our colleagues be their best too.

Care for each other: we take action and offer our support
We understand that taking care requires effort, not just intention. We actively support each other and want to make HFL the best place to work. To do so, we act with integrity and speak carefully.

Make an impact: we create positive change for our clients and community
We do great work for our clients; we make a difference to them every day. We are generous and offer our expertise and resources for the greater good, having a positive effect on our environment and community.
