Protecting your income
A competitive salary and two discretionary-based bonuses ensure your hard work is recognised and rewarded.
Supporting your future
For your security in the future you'll be enrolled in our pension scheme. We will contribute a percentage of your total salary, including bonuses, and you have the option to make voluntary contributions at any time that suits you.
Medical plans
We offer medical cover for you, your co-habiting partner and your dependents in full-time education, and will be able to claim back on a range of medical and dental conditions. We also have critical illness cover, income protection and death in service provisions.
Your wellbeing

We understand that modern work requires modern solutions. That's why our office is open from 7am to 7pm, and we offer hybrid working and flexible schedules, including compressed patterns like the 9-day fortnight and monthly flex.

26 days' holiday, which grows with seniority. Take the time you need to recharge, relax and enjoy life outside of work. We also give you an extra half day off for your birthday and our office closes between Christmas and New Year.
