Executive Director

Abbie is an Executive Director of HFL Limited; she is Head of People and Operations as well as working closely with our Fund clients and sitting on several of fund client boards.

Adelaide Allen

People & Culture Assistant Manager

Adelaide supports the organisations HR functions and is responsible for HFL’s recruitment. She acts as a first point of contact for employees and a friendly welcoming face for new employees.

Alanna Symphorien

Fund Accounting Assistant Manager

Alanna is an Assistant Manager at HFL. She works on HFL’s Venture Capital clients, preparing the documents for financial reporting each quarter and ensuring high quality information is provided to our clients.

Alex Setters

Fund Administration Assistant Manager

Alex is an Assistant Manager within the Fund Admin team; Alex leads on a variety of clients and third parties to ensure their smooth day-to-day running.

Alice Meerveld

Associate Director

Alice assists with leading the HFL’s venture capital fund accounting team. She is a Director on several client boards and works closely with our VC clients on day-to-day business.

Bradley Ford

Fund Accounting Manager

Brad is a Manager in the VC fund accounting team. He works closely with clients and his team to produce high quality financial reporting and other performance metrics across a large variety of different Funds as well as being a key point of contact.

Charlotte Hill

Senior Brand and Marketing Manager

As Senior Brand and Marketing Manager at HFL, Charlotte is responsible for driving brand strategy and marketing initiatives to raise awareness of the company and fuel growth in an increasingly competitive market. Charlotte works closely with external agencies to create marketing campaigns that adhere to brand guidelines and support the company's goals.

Senior Fund Administrator

Charlotte is a Senior Administrator within the Fund Admin team, Charlotte liaises directly with a large number of investment advisors, lawyers and founders to process a high level of fund investments within the venture capital space, seeing the investments through from initial legal review to funding.

Chloe Galsworthy

Fund Accountant

Chloe is an accountant within the fund accounts team, responsible for the initial preparation of financial reporting and responding to ad-hoc queries for our clients.

Finance Operations Executive

Claire is HFL's Finance Operations Executive and is responsible for keeping the company's day to day finances running smoothly. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm and collected approach, Claire ensures our finances stay on track.

Emma Bailey

Head of Governance Risk and Compliance

Emma as compliance officer, MLCO, and MLRO, helps to ensure that HFL meets its legal and regulatory obligations by advising all the areas of the business on matters of regulatory risk. Emma adopts a pragmatic approach and enjoys finding creative, yet compliant, solutions to suit the firm and its clients.

Senior Private Client Accounting Officer

Emma is responsible for the timely preparation of the Fiduciary client accounts within the designated deadlines.
