Eight promotions across HFL

HFL is pleased to announce eight promotions across the fund accounting, operations and people and culture teams.

HFL is pleased to announce eight promotions across the business. The round of promotions has been made across fund accounting, operations and people and culture teams.


Brad Ford has been promoted to Senior Fund Accountant level 2. Brad is ACCA qualified with 5 years’ experience and has been a valued member of HFL for almost 18 months. Brad is extremely driven and motivated and strives to make efficiencies, whilst always offering to help the wider team to better his knowledge and skill set. Brad is a key member of the team and has developed strong relationships internally and externally and is a great role model for junior members of the team.


Libby Rihoy has been promoted to Senior Fund Accountant level 1 and has been a key member of the fund account team ever since she joined HFL a year ago. Libby is brilliant at coaching more junior team members as well as keeping abreast of external challenges faced by our clients. Libby has a wider interest in CSR and is currently undertaking a CFA qualification.


Holly Ingrouille joined HFL 18 months ago and has been promoted to Fund Accounting Manager. Holly is ACCA qualified with 6 years experience and is extremely knowledgeable of the work that we do for our clients. She takes the lead in helping the team reach their goals, she is a true marker of HFL’s values.


Monica Camara has been promoted to Assistant Manager in the Fund accounts team. Monica, who has more than four years’ experience, and has built strong relationships with her clients. Monica also holds a wealth of knowledge and is able to share this with our more junior team using her excellent coaching skills.


Stacey Le Page has been promoted to Manager of the People and Culture team. Stacey is coming up to her two-year anniversary with HFL and has implemented a range of positive improvements, including a 9-day fortnight trial and a peer-to-peer recognition awards. Stacey acts as an ambassador for the HFL values. She has shown great tenacity in meeting the daily challenges of her role and has gone above and beyond to meet these.


In the business support team, there have been two promotions, for both Laura Devonshire and Lawrence Stacey.


Laura has been promoted to Business Support Assistant Manager, having recently taken on further responsibilities in the team and acting in the team as a key contact in managing a large number of fund closings and client onboarding.


Lawrence has been promoted to Senior Business Support Analyst. He joined the team just over a year ago from our Fund Administration team where he gained valuable experience of our clients. His fund knowledge is a great asset to the team and he consistently uses a methodical, accurate and pragmatic approach to his work.


Michelle Mauger who has been with HFL for seven years has been promoted to Senior Office Administrator in the Operations Team. Mich looks after the office and everyone working here. She makes everyone, particularly our new starters, feel welcome and part of the team. She will always go the extra mile to support everyone and make sure the office runs smoothly.
