At HFL, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are proud to announce five well-deserved promotions across the business, recognising the talent, commitment and impact of our colleagues.

Serena Queripel – Client Director

After nearly five years with HFL, Serena Queripel has been promoted to Client Director.

During her time with us, Serena has gained extensive experience across both Operations and Fund Administration. Most recently, she spent 18 months leading our Business Change function, delivering key transformation projects and driving operational improvements across the business.

Serena now returns to client-facing responsibilities, bringing with her deep operational insight, a strong understanding of our systems and processes, and a clear commitment to service excellence. Her broad experience and leadership make her exceptionally well placed to support our clients in this next chapter.

Charlotte Hill – Senior Brand and Marketing Manager

Since joining HFL in November 2024, Charlotte has built our marketing function from the ground up, establishing strong foundations and bringing clear strategic direction to our brand.

Her promotion to Senior Brand and Marketing Manager reflects the significant impact she has made in a short space of time. Charlotte’s leadership has strengthened our brand presence, enhanced our communications and supported HFL's wider strategic objectives. This recognition is thoroughly deserved, and we look forward to seeing the continued evolution of our marketing capability under her guidance.

Adelaide Allen – P&C Assistant Manager

Adelaide Allen has been promoted to P&C Assistant Manager after nearly three years with HFL, including almost a year in her current position.

Matt Lomas-Lloyd – Senior Fund Administrator

With over four years at HFL, Matt Lomas-Lloyd has been promoted to Senior Fund Administrator.

Matt consistently delivers high quality fund administration with professionalism, strong technical expertise and a proactive mindset. He is trusted for his ownership of client delivery and is widely recognised for his positive contribution to team collaboration, operational efficiency and professional standards. His promotion reflects both his performance and the value he brings to the team.

Hannah O’Shea – Senior Private Client Officer

Hannah O’Shea has been promoted to Senior Private Client Officer, having been in her current role since March 2024 and with more than six years at HFL.

Hannah consistently demonstrates an exceptional work ethic, managing an extremely busy portfolio of clients while always making time to support her colleagues. Her ability to communicate effectively with clients is outstanding and has helped build strong relationships based on trust. Over time, Hannah has grown in confidence and shown impressive professional development, making her well prepared to take on the responsibilities of becoming a signatory.

These promotions reflect HFL’s ongoing commitment to recognising and developing talent from within. We congratulate Serena, Charlotte, Adelaide, Matt and Hannah on their achievements and look forward to their continued success as they help drive our business forward.
